The Hunger Games

(Since this is an English movie, I'll try to post this in English. Please ignore my broken language and the hell lot of grammar mistakes. It has been a long time since my last time writing in English, hihi...)

I have been damn excited since my sis shared to me about the news that The Hunger Games is being filmed, and since then I have been keeping an eye about the screening of the movie since then. AND... FINALLY I got to watch the movie!!!

I didn't actually plan to watch it so soon, busy with work and all the nonsense stuff, I thought I would have to wait a few weeks to watch it. And yesterday I went dinner with Zhao Xian and Qin Hong, one of us (I've forgotten who was it) suggested to watch a movie. So there we were~

Here's a few pics I've got from the Internet:
The main character: Katniss (I don't know the actress' name, but she acted really well, like Katniss's coming out just from the books)
Peeta, the male main character. Handsome and rich. Fallen in love with Katniss since young. Charming.
The most touching scene - Rue's death. I didn't cry, though. Maybe it was because I have already read the books and the storyline was no surprise to me.
She gave me deep impression, her "capitol style" was a little bit different from what I've imagined when I read the books. Pleasant surprise, she looked much better and special than what I've imagined.

Gale, so heartbreaking that he has to be left behind as Katniss went to the Game with Peeta. Honestly he is more handsome than Peeta, but in this movie he is not the main character (yet, he will be when the third book is filmed)

Good movie, I would say. Comparing it to the book, I can see that all the important details can be found in the movie, although some details have been different. All the actors have done a really good job, it was like all the characters in the books came alive (the Twilight crew failed in doing so, I don't know why). I love Katniss, Peeta, Gale, Haymitch, Cinna, and even minor characters like Rue and Cato. I love every part of the movie(just as much as I love the books)!!!

This is a MUST for you who have not watch the movie yet, and I am planning to watch it for the second time.

PS: I've spent almost RM200 for The Hunger Games so far. I read the chinese version when I was in form 5, before the exams, and get totally obsessed. After reading the whole series, I went for the English version. The chinese version costs me around RM120, and RM56 for the English ones (yeah, translated version costs a damn lot), then RM8 for the movie (totally worth it). And I do not regret!!!
PSS: My English really SUCKS... Should read more to improve it...

I feel like watching it, but is there a lot of violent scenes in the movie? (I don't really like scenes with a lot of blood)

Honestly there are a few, but not as much as the other horror movies. Still acceptable, I think.
